What to expect

During your appointment at ACW, expect thorough care tailored to your pet's specific needs. Shanelle begins with a comprehensive assessment, including a detailed case history and physical examination.

Treatment may include gentle joint adjustments, soft tissue release, and prescribed rehabilitation exercises.

Whether your pet visits our clinic or receives a home visit, our priority is to ensure their comfort and well-being throughout the session.

Canine Chiropractic

First visit £55, follow-ups £40

  • When you bring your dog to our clinic for their appointment, Shanelle prioritises their comfort and well-being, allowing them time to acclimate to the environment, taking in the sights and smells, while we gather a thorough case and medical history.

This comprehensive understanding of your dog's condition informs our tailored treatment plan moving forward. Following this, we conduct a detailed physical assessment of your furry friend. If appropriate, treatment will commence, utilising gentle and effective chiropractic techniques.

Additionally, Shanelle may provide guidance on at-home exercises and practices to support your dog's ongoing rehabilitation.

Equine Chiropractic

First visit £75, follow-ups £60

  • For our equine clients, Shanelle offers convenient and personalised care directly at your stable yard.

Upon arrival, she brings along the necessary equipment, including a large bale. Understanding that this may be unfamiliar or alarming to some horses, we take the time for them to adjust before proceeding. During this period, Shanelle conducts a comprehensive case and medical history assessment of the horse.

Following this, a thorough physical examination and treatment session take place. To support the horse's recovery and ongoing well-being, rehabilitation exercises tailored to their needs may be prescribed.
